Client Care Specialist (Boulder, CO)

Foria is currently recruiting part-time Client Care Specialists (CCS) whose primary role is to respond to client care inquiries regarding Foria products, their use-cases and FAQs as well as order and shipment inquires.

The ideal CCS candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication skills. A Foria CCS is knowledgeable, confident and comfortable discussing sexual wellness and cannabis topics with Foria clientele, business partners and management.  As the face of Foria in client care domains the CCS is expected to…

  • Represent the firm in alignment with our brand

  • Keep updated and well-versed in brand, company, product and industry knowledge

The CCS will analyze, research and resolve all client care inquiries and transactions with a focus on positive client care outcomes including having positive dialogues with clients, answering their questions, resolving care transactions such as product returns or refunds.

The CCS will learn and use a number of supporting applications and systems to execute client care work, including our client care app (Zendesk), e-commerce applications (Shopify) and 3rd party product fulfillment applications and systems.

Role Requirements

Credentials & +’s

  • Minimum of one year in a related client care/marketing position or experience in wellness or cannabis industries

  • Minimum of one year applied experience in working with Google Suite, collaboration apps (Google Hangouts, Voxer, Slack) and other online applications

  • Fluent in basic conversational/written Spanish; be able enter into basic conversation or email exchange with a native Spanish speaker

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must be over 21 years of age with a valid ID

  • + Customer care professional certifications

  • + College degree

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to client service inquiries in a timely manner (24hrs) via email, phone and social media outlets

  • Investigate any issues and follow through till resolved and resolution is communicated

  • Interface with third party fulfillment partner and shipping carriers as necessary

  • Interface with wholesale accounts, distributors and vendors

  • Assist with day-to-day office and administrative needs

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist management as necessary

This is a part-time, hourly position, starting with 15-25 hours a week. CSS will report for work Mon-Fri between the hours of 800am-600pm.  After a successful two month onboarding period Foria may offer the CSS telecommuting from a home or other office with reliable, high quality internet and mobile phone services.  There may be an opportunity for this position to convert to full time for the right candidate.

Compensation: $15-18/hr

Brand Ambassador (Colorado)

Overview

Foria is currently recruiting Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to execute field channel work in retail dispensaries and other locations in Colorado.  The BAs will report to the Manager of Channel Sales & Marketing. BAs will be responsible for implementing in-store exhibits and special events, educating and building relationships with various audiences including potential and existing Foria clientele, and channel business professionals.  Our BA’s role will positively generate sales opportunities. BAs will support management on special projects as needed and represent our brand knowledgeably and professionally.

  • + High school diploma or GED required
  • + Marketing specialty certifications
  • + College degree
  • + MED support/key badge

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation, implementation, setup, and breakdown of in-store exhibits, trade shows, and special events
  • Engage with and educate audiences about the Foria brand and products
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and channel partners
  • Relay customer feedback to the company in anticipation of improving products and services
  • Perform other marketing duties relevant to promoting the brand such as capturing social media content, generating sales leads, sharing contact info with relevant business partners
  • Tracks and restocks brand related collateral inventory
  • Participates in sales and marketing meetings as needed
  • Train newly hired ambassadors
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist management as necessary

Work Environment

○ Must be willing to travel to dispensaries, conventions, and trade shows

○ Must be willing to work in environments that have open-cannabis consumption policies

○ Must be willing to work at public venues and major events where there are large crowds of people

○ Must be able and willing to lift heavy merchandise and supplies

○ Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which can include nights, weekends and holidays

○ Must be willing to appear in pictures in magazines, newspapers, and on television programs and all social media platforms promoting the brand

This is an hourly position with an irregular and varied schedule. We aim to give advance notice for all scheduled events.

Compensation: $18-$20/ hour
